Clifton Home and Garden Drawings

The Clifton Home and Garden Tour is an annual event that features curated homes and gardens. The client provided a list of homes with addresses on the tour. Since it was in my city, I was able to view the homes in-person and take reference photos of each home.. The tour is walkable or available by hopping on a van provided by the arts center. The program was given to participants on day of tour.
Project requirements:
Illustrate (9) homes in the Clifton Neighborhood of Cincinnati
Pen and ink line drawings in a consistent style
Adapt to changes and additions to home drawings needed
Capabilities:
Black and white illustrations
On-site photography for reference
Flexibility in making additional drawings within original timeframe
